Austin Air main filters
Up to 5 years. Fewer filter changes.
Designed to last up to five years under normal residential use — compared with the 6–12 month replacement schedules of many other purifiers.
Actual life depends on air quality and use; heavy smoke or pollution can shorten it. Main filters carry a 5-year pro-rated warranty. Pre-filters and the Austin “it” VOC carbon wrap are separate; the wrap is designed for about 3 months.
